Absolutely the worst experience ever. I figured since they were recommended by PODS it would be a smooth process. Scheduled and paid a little over a month in advance. Never heard a word from them until I decided to reach out. They said I would receive notice when my pickup window was closer. Fast forward to my pickup window, nothing! Reached out again to find out that someone had picked up my order, received the pickup day which was the next day. Next day came and went. Driver had dropped my pickup for no reason. They communicated very well, price was cheaper than all the competition. I paid for the vehicle on a Tuesday and on a Friday morning the vehicle was at my house. Driver and everyone from this company was very friendly.
I set up transportation for my vehicle paying in full with one month notice since I was moving with my two daughters from North Carolina to Texas. They have had ample time for them to find a driver for my vehicle. I was told that they would call me a few days before my pick up window and today is the first day of my three day pick up window and I had to call myself to get any type of update. When speaking to customer service, they said that they cannot guarantee at this point whether it will get there within no later than da... read more

Very greedy company. Pay is very cheap for loads and they do not care about drivers pockets who are actually doing the work.
