Management is lack luster. For comparable prices id look other places. Update. The gret renewal offer i recieved was raising my rent 100 bucks a month, with all the surrounding apartment complexes literally offering one to two months free with a year lease attempted to talk to the complex and get a better offer they weren’t gonna have any of it. There’s definitely better for cheaper keep looking
I lived here for 3 years. My second year living here there was a shoot out in the building next to mine where a couple of the tenants shot eachother up in there apartment. Both were killed. That resulted in bullets spraying thru the buildings near by and going into neighboring apartments. Water lines were struck and apartments flooded. I came home to the fire alarm blaring around 7pm that day with helicopters, police and swat teams. Management barely acknowledged what happened in the following days. This apartment complex is the best! From the minute I walked in the office both of the leasing agents took excellent care of us. I rented a two bedroom and my daughter a one bedroom apartment. The amenities are absolutely beautiful! I put in a maintenance request and it was attended to the following morning. I had a difficult time choosing an apartment complex and spent weeks shopping. This is THE ONE, no regrets whatsoever. Jason and Raul made it happen effortlessly, thank you gentlemen ❤️
