Love this place - have been a client here for 6+ months now. I train 2-3x per week with Bella and she has reignited my love for health and fitness - she listens to my goals and pushes me when I need it and as a result I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. I’m confident in doing my program on days I don’t train with her because she shows me the correct technique in detail and guides me through everything so well.
