Couldn’t be more disappointed with this organisation. Invoiced for work that was insubstantial after technician arrived with without the replacement part that was explicitly requested upon booking the service. After dispute of this invoice, a condescending and threatening phone call from the GM followed advising me that he was too busy to look at my internal dispute resolution request. The whole experience had a rather unprofessional feel to it.
Friendly staff
Our evaporative cooler didn't work properly after they fitted a new part. Gave them several opportunities to fix the issue but he only wanted to blame other parts. We got another company at our cost to fix the damage done.
