I personally dealt with Jessica Lopes and her team when going through the process of getting insured for my new car lease. She was very detailed and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was also able to quote various carriers and give me the best recommendation possible. I've been a customer for many years with at first smith Petrie Carr and Scott and now Acera. I was assigned a new client advisor about 7 years ago and Wendy Therrien provides me with honestly exceptional service. Every time I call , and that is usually about four or five times a year.
