I actually tried to open a complaint about her, but because our conversations were over the phone it would turn into a she said/she said situation. My rates were 300$ months more than she quote. I personally dealt with Jessica Lopes and her team when going through the process of getting insured for my new car lease. She was very detailed and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was also able to quote various carriers and give me the best recommendation possible.
