Worked with Josh Mena on a very short time frame to set up home insurance. After originally working with another broker at Acera with poor dealings it was a relief to find Josh. Josh was amazing to deal with and walked me through everything with patience and answered all questions (first time setting up home insurance). Josh was responsive, efficient and professional. Tried to purchase business insurance through Acera and the entire process was a complete waste of time. After getting a quote and attempting to pay, the application was suddenly pushed to underwriting. I promptly provided all requested information—then nothing.
