He did a good job on removing our tree. However when he was supposed to come back in the spring and remove our stump and also transplant one of our small trees he never got back to us. When I called to remind him he said he had completely forgotten about it and he would get back to us. He never did in spite of our repeated phone calls asking him if he was OK or what was going on. Finally we had to set the rest of our jobs up with one of his competitors. This left a very bad taste in our mouth for Acer Forest and Tree LLC
