I have been a patient at Acer dental for some years, Abbas and his team have always gone above and beyond to ensure they are providing the best treatment and care, Lauren at reception is always happy to help with any questions or concerns I may have, the dentist isn’t somewhere anyone wants to spend their time but thankfully the team at Acer take away any worries I may have about any treatments I may need.
All the team are friendly and helpful, from reception to dental nurses to dentists. They give a plan of care (where needed) and prices in advance enabling me to plan for treatment. They also are extremely professional and don't cancel appointments all the time. Under my previous NHS dentist I didn't see a dentist for over 2 years, due to appointments being cancelled by the dentist.
My experience today was extremely positive. The team were very helpful and informative during my hygienist appointment and made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable in the practice and have never had any issues with this practice! Will definitely recommend to others
I found the Dental Clinic to be very bright and spotlessly clean. The receptionists are ivery pleasant and helpful. The nurse was very pleasant and caring, and everyone was very professional. My dentist Kane did wonderful treatment for me and I am very pleased with the result. I shall recommend Acer Dental Clinic to my friends and anyone who shall ask about a dentist.
