I've been a customer for a while, had to get a new policy number because my old one lapsed 11 days. Now, I go to login and pay, and they have 2 excluded drivers listed who I do not know at all. So I call and Marguerite says they must have lived at my address before. I've been living here alone for 5 years. I told her that they weren't listed on my account last month or the years before. She said she couldn't do anything. Fine, I'll be canceling and finding insurance somewhere else.

Great customer service
Poor customer service. The lady had to be new, she said she could not find my vin number , I called another insurance provider they found the vin number. Lazy!!
