My review is pending the completion of the current service. However, my rating is based primarily on the deceptive practice of having one company doing business under more than one name. It's too easy to hide less than acceptable service unless you send out exactly the same technician that delivered the unsatisfactory service under the other company name. My dishwasher has not been the same since that technician took it completely apart during the first service visit.
