The transmission failed on my Kia Seltos at 41772 kms, 8 months past 5 year warranty. Nikki in admin organized for my brother to bring the transmission to them from Geraldine to see if they would be able to fix it as the car was such a late model and they had never fixed one before. Nikki and her staff were amazing. They kept us informed about the parts arriving and gave us an accurate quote on the costs involved.
