Terrible customer service. They do not return phone calls. No follow-through on supplies. I was left stranded in need of diabetic sensors. I highly recommend other companies before using this company. I gave them three opportunities over a period of time, three strikes you’re gone.

The company made it extremely difficult to place my original for the Free Style Libre Plus. After a week, my arm turned bright red. I called Acentus. I could not understand the representative, who had poor command of the English Language, and a heavy accent. I requested a transfer to someone in the U.S., but they did not comply. Wow, if I could I would give this company a minus 10. They are so inept! For three months I have been waiting for Libre 2 Plus Sensors. Unfortunately, due to my chemotherapy it is the only one that I can use. Every week it has been another excuse. When I get someone who speaks english as their primary language, they are sweet, kind, and super nice. But when I get someone who I can not hold a conversation with it is an entirely different store.
