The folks at Acentria Insurance in Crestview are good, BUT there's ONE that stands above the rest!! Dina Carmichael is the pinnacle of service!! She goes above and beyond what she is asked to do. She has helped solved problems and found alternatives when we need them. Also, in a time when things were bad and didn't look good for us, she made the bad news feel A LOT better. She is one in a million!!
