Horrible service can never get through to anyone when needed. The representative that I was assigned treats us terribly and acts as though we're a complete nuisance. I Assist my elderly father with his insurance and matters for his home, the treatment we receive is absolutely horrible. I will be looking to switch as soon as humanly possible.
I called this Agency many times left many messages. They never call you back no nothing. I don't even think people work there 🫣🤔😬🤯
