RUN..HORRIBLE.RUN closed out my business with them 6 months in advance and now they're coming back saying I owe money..HORRIBLE
One star is more than this firm deserves. Called 4 times in three weeks. 3 times nobody answers phones(all during business hours excluding their 1 hour lunch) leave message, no call back. 1 time someone answered, transferred me to my assigned agent, no answer no call back after leaving another message. This crown level 30 year customer will be looking for another agent.
Absolutely awful experience with these clowns. We've had nothing but issues with our insurance coverage (lack of, cancellations, etc.) that were never noted to us until we found out when we needed to use it. We worked with Jane Gorin (Sunrise, FL), who has routinely proved to be absolutely useless, clueless, and a waste of time. Zero help and always some lame excuses for consistent failures. Acentria has always taken care of me and my home insurance needs (although they do a lot more than home). They always take on the hard work of getting me the best quotes, can explain why the quotes are what they are, and they always respond super fast. Definitely a company worth giving my business to!
