With insurance on a personal home and 5 rentals she has safely guided me during the tough times when insurance companies were going under and during the good times when shopping for a better price. I recently switch to Acentria with Kayla as my agent and I couldn’t be happier. She sends me reminders about upcoming payments, keeps my informed about my policy information, and was super helpful with explaining different coverage options. I have never experienced customer service like they provide in the insurance industry.
