I’ve been w Ascentria for 30 years - originally in DeFuniak and then in Destin- but service has gotten worse over the years. I called Jun 3 to cancel my home ins policy and had to leave vm. I called again Jun 5 - still vm. This is the worst place for call backs - and besides the fact that the agent can never help me finding a better policy - cost wise- but another agency did. And they return the calls quickly. I understand I can’t cancel by vm, so someone needs to call me back. I’ll call the insurance co next. Irene Soper

Good luck if you're trying to call Destin office during day hours. No person ever pickup the phone and answering machine informs you that voice mail box is full and just hangs up on you.

I am very impressed and grateful for the thorough response from Tiffany Spencer who has managed my personal insurances for several years. She recently corrected the FEMA property description error and used her record files of photos to prove the change resulting in a substantial premium decrease for me. Thank you, Tiffany!
