We appreciated our travel assistant Bri. The difficulty came with the airline and rental car. When I would call Bri she was responsive. Next time I would ask to travel with Delta and not American Airlines.
I had the pleasure of connecting with Ms. Bria, booking my Cancun trip. She was helpful and patient, I recommend her for future trips!
Bri'e planned the trip of a lifetime for us to Hawaii! We wanted to island hop, and when I tried to plan it myself, I got very overwhelmed. My dream vacation became very stressful. Bri'e took all that stress away. She planned all our rooms, flights, rental cars, and even activities. She also had some extra special treats left in our rooms for us!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I initially contacted this company at the beginning of January and left a voicemail. Bri returned my call four days later, took down all my information, and I paid a fee for her to begin the process. Four days later, I had to follow up via email to ask for a status update.
