DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The reviews on this site must be paid for or fake. There's no way anyone can be happy with the service of this company. Ace Maids hires out by contract all of their cleaners so there's no way they could possibly vet them properly. They tell their cleaners to do less work for what is paid for. If you hire Ace Maids you will not get a properly cleaned home and they will over charge you for it. My girlfriend recently hired Ace Maids to clean our place. The overall experience was definitely a negative one. After having Ace Maids come to our house I decided to Google them and check reviews, in hindsight we should have done this first. The first thing that struck me as odd as when the cleaner showed up they said they do not work for Ace Maids and handed us their business card and suggested we don't use Ace Maids in the future. Terrible company to deal with we have three rental properties and rely on cleaners when re renting quickly since we are out of town a lot. Hired them to do a clean and when we returned to show house to possible tenants they hadn't touched one of the bath rooms or another room in basement. Tried to contact them and they are ignoring our e mails. Even what they did clean was only a 1/2 decent job. Waste of money and time dealing with these guys. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
My experience with this company was great. They came in, assessed the cleaning I needed and got it done quickly and effectively. Coming home after a long day at work to a very well cleaned home can't be beat.
