I had an overwhelmingly negative experience with Acelise Alexis and her office staff at KA Med and Psych. I would never recommend that anyone become a patient here. My experience caused months of stress and unecessarily cost me over $1000 during the course of 6 month. This office failed to respond to all of my calls and emails, they were dishonest about federal law, they failed to provide me with instructions to get off of an addictive medication (forcing me to figure out my own plan to stop taking it), and it took a year of... read more
