We mistakenly transferred funds to this supplier and requested a full refund. They returned only part of the money—and even that only after involving debt collectors—while their responses to our attempts to contact them were repeatedly excuses, such as being “up a ladder” or “unwell.” They are claiming to keep the remainder as “administration fees,” despite no goods or services being provided.
