I called the 24 hour line on Friday, no one responded, it’s been 5 days. I called back today only to be informed they don’t service the DME I contacted them about. I would recommend an employee contact the potential customer informing them of such. Poor customer service & follow up.
Be careful. Sometime folks say they will do something and then when you check back all has changed. That is what happened here. Despite me purchasing a medical bed for over $2k. I got no directions. I was told they would be interested in purchasing the item back well two months after the $2k purchase, they had too many in their inventory. I asked for direction on how to take down the bed and was sent a iTunes video. Please be aware. I am just glad my husband is better. Mark good luck.
My wife searched the yellow pages and the internet before finding Mark. We are so happy to have found this diamond of a technician. He is an amazing person who was able to meet all of our needs. He was able to rent us a bed while we waited for the part for our Hill-ROM Plus ll bed to come in. When it came in he gave us a time that he could come back and he came right on time.
