I had zero communication and it took several days to get the quote where the text was just mentioned "I sent it over" no phone call to go over anything. All I was told was lifetime warranty. Nothing on the quality..just measured my windows which he barely seemed to have clue what he was doing in that process. I really want to find a local business owner to support but this was a unprofessional. I should have known if you showed up in Charger it was not going to be taken seriously.

Brandon went through 19 or 20 of our screens, repaired/replaced what was needed and got us a new screen door. It was a huge help. I was out of town for work and he made it easy on us to get this done. All's well now and I'm happy to have run into him on my neighborhood facebook page.
