I honestly don’t know how this guy is still in business. This will be the last time I refer anyone to him. As a board member of a building with many residents needing window repairs or replacements, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I contacted this contractor today, and he told me he wasn’t sure when he would even be available to come take measurements. Fast, professional window repair by two experienced techs. They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem quickly. Window works perfectly now.
I should have written this review a long time ago. These gentlemen have been to our home 3 times in the past year due to my overly excitable dog breaking my windows anytime a leaf blows in the wind. Every single time it’s been an ideal experience. Honest, fast, affordable, professional, respectful. They do GREAT work. 1000/10 recommend.
True hidden gem they done phenomenal work have remember them a few years ago from a friend wish I could’ve used them sooner definitely will use them again
Ace Window Repair Corp is very professional and thorough. They came and measured the bar and shelves. They came and retrofitted the shelves holding pegs and made them stronger. My son’s friend recommended them and we are not disappointed. Great price. Job well done.
