I’ve been taking Pilates with Koun Lee, and I’m always amazed by how well she knows exactly which muscles to target. Whenever she says we’re working a certain area, I can definitely feel it in that exact spot the next day.✌🏼 Her sessions are effective, challenging, and fun. I’ve only been doing Pilates for a month, but thanks to Koun, I’ve already fallen in love with it. Highly recommend!
