Very disappointed in the service we’ve received. I’ve had a contract with the company for 3 years now. They have never made all of their visits, yet I’m still required to pay them. They say they will discount the next year but again this has never happened and why would I want to continue to renew when I’m paying for services not rendered. This year they came out two times, one of which I had to call them 6 months into my contract to come out. Horrible. You pay for them to come out 3 times a year, they never come out, then give excuse after excuse. You’re required by law and EPA to maintain system, pat them to do so, and they don’t.
