I stopped in here with our beast of a vacuum, quite frankly expecting the worst. It’s important to know that I use this vacuum daily. This is definitely a high-end machine and puts in miles of vacuuming each week (I’ve even added little felt pieces to keep it from rubbing against baseboards—I digress). Brought my newer Dyson Outsize in for repair, Vicki helped and immediately fixed it within 5 min and showed me a Miele floor model I inquired on. She explained the benefits of a quality vacuum vs the stick vacs I have. I was sold and bought the Miele C1 Homecare and absolutely love it, what a night and day difference over any Dyson we’ve ever owned. Kudos to Vicki and Ace, will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to visit and learn what quality vacuums can do.
I took an old simplicity vacuum there. The owner told me what it seemed like the cost would be initially, but after further exploration, he noted that the case was cracked and wasn’t worth repairing. If I do intend to buy another vacuum,(I have two cordless Dyson’s already) I would not hesitate to purchase one from him as both he and his wife appear honest with integrity.
Outstanding customer service! I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner there because there was a lack of suction and therefore it wasn't cleaning my carpets. The owner fixed the problem while I waited. If I ever need a replacement vacuum cleaner I will purchase it there. They know their products and ask what your needs are.Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I visited this vacuum store for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He quickly identified the issue with my vacuum, thoroughly cleaned the compartment where the bag sits, and even replaced the vacuum bag. What impressed me most was his willingness to help.
