Outstanding customer service! I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner there because there was a lack of suction and therefore it wasn't cleaning my carpets. The owner fixed the problem while I waited. If I ever need a replacement vacuum cleaner I will purchase it there. They know their products and ask what your needs are.Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I visited this vacuum store for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He quickly identified the issue with my vacuum, thoroughly cleaned the compartment where the bag sits, and even replaced the vacuum bag. What impressed me most was his willingness to help. What GREAT SERVICE! Brought 2 vacuums in to be serviced and the owner Ray looked and told us we were good to go and did not need service on one of them. Fair and honest and could not be happier. His wife got on the other vacuum and had it cleaned and serviced before we left the store. They both shared some excellent tips on maintaining and really appreciate them. A+
