Went to this store on 4 different occasions to buy a new FOB for a Chevy Traverse. Each time was sold used old products that did not work. Upon arriving for the 4th time, the Customer Service Rep decided to refund our money verses resolving the issue. Then send us packing telling us we were to much of a problem. This was not a user issue. You push a button, and the door opens. Simple when your not selling used products.
