Excellent Service by the team. Emergency today with a side wall puncture that ended up needing a replacement tyre. Thanks to Deb I was in and out in no time! 😊
Turned up early with a flat tyre expecting a quick puncture repair, but was turned away because they only take pre-booked jobs — something not clearly mentioned on their website. The gentleman at the desk said they were chronically short-staffed and couldn’t help even for a simple repair. If you have an urgent tyre issue, this isn’t the place to go. Clearer communication about the booking-only system would save customers time.
