RecommendedStraight up the best transmission shop in the Corpus area. Very good with diagnosis and repair and shop is owned by one of the nicest families.
I had my transmission worked on recently. Works perfect now. Everyone i talked to was super nice. I will absolutely go back for any future car problems i have.
While having lunch on Tuesday at the Texas Flame Steakhouse we mentioned to Louis Sissamis, that we wanted to order food for about 15 guys that were working on the power lines to restore electricity at our shop. He prepared complete chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steaks meals to take back to the workers. When we tried to pay for the meals Loui would not let us. He donated all the meals for these guys. I grew up with Louie and he's always been a generous person. Thank you Louie.

When my dually stopped shifting, I took it to the dealership to have it checked and had to drop it off. It took them 4 days to check it and I was told that the transmission needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $4800 and told me it would be another week before they would even be able to start on it. A friend recommended to me to Ace so I took it there. I had my car towed to Ace earlier this week when i got stranded in a parking lot. I thought for sure it was something major because my car only would go in reverse. I looked at different reviews online and decided to take it to Ace. I am glad i did! I assumed it was going to be very expensive. They fixed it the same day for very cheap. I am VERY pleased with the service they provided me. I recommend this business to everyone. Hope this helps! ;)
