Have bought 8 trailers from Ace this past 18mos. From 26' dual to 43' triple axles. All custom orders to my specifications built to use for rentals and transporting. These trailers are being put to the test going long distance and being used by inexperienced boaters. I've been very happy with them and have a great business relationship with the builder who caters to my needs as a fellow business owner. Good solid trailers that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy new. Good job gentlemen!
Recently purchased a triple axle trailer and had it delivered to where I would pick up my boat. Trailer was built and delivered within a week! I had some brake issues when I first arrived. Terry was extremely helpful in resolving those issues. He texted and took phone calls late Saturday evening and on Sunday. That's customer service!!! Highly recommend Terry and his team at Ace Trailers.
We purchased a triple axle trailer in November 2015, and recently took a trip to Marathon and had a mechanical issue with the brake solenoid shortly after arriving. Terry was easily reached by phone and gave great troubleshooting, which temporarily fixed the issue, allowing us to back the trailer up. Terry also followed up when we returned and repaired the bad part without any charge.
