My car was towed to Charlies in the middle of the night, and the following morning I got a phone call right away as the shop opened to discuss the issues with my car. Based on conversations with other people, it was being suggested to me that the issue could have been the battery or alternator. I even went out and bought a battery and brought it to Charlie's. Highly recommend Charlie’s great customer service. They are willing to drop you off at home and pick you up if you live in the area and went as far as giving me a call a day after asking me how the car was running and if there is any other problems to give him a call.
