The guys in this shop are extremely trustworthy and polite! It can be, sometimes, hard to find an excellent automative shop which you could entrust your vehicle with like this one. I'm more than satisfied with their service.

My car was towed to Charlies in the middle of the night, and the following morning I got a phone call right away as the shop opened to discuss the issues with my car. Based on conversations with other people, it was being suggested to me that the issue could have been the battery or alternator. I even went out and bought a battery and brought it to Charlie's.
