I came to Charlie when I needed a second opinion inspection on a broken catalytic converter, and while the car was done for, I’ve stayed for his phenomenal attention to detail. I returned for another second opinion inspection on a certified pre-owned car I was buying. He found 3 issues with the car the dealership didn’t mention. He also sold my partner our family’s other car for a very reasonable price, and services both cars regularly! These guys run their shop how I feel every shop should operate!! They were straight to the point and did not try to upsell what wasn't needed with a fairly quick turnaround to top it off!! I will be coming back for sure!

Going to Charlie's Ace was the best thing I've done with my family car. We had to tow the car all of a sudden but he kindly explained every problem and fixed everything we have asked fast and safely. Charlie's will be our car mechanic from now.
Recent service experience from the owner Charlie himself and his crews were amazing. I needed an urgent repair on my sienna so I just drove in. The owner Charlie was very helpful. First of all, Charlie provided clear explanation on current condition of my car and suggested reasonable repair options. Now my car got all fixed it even feels different car. It drives so smoothly.
