First picture shows the lack of balance weights after I left Ace Auto without the right rear wheel, and the last picture is after I had it balanced by one of their competitors. I had a BAD shake on the rear right of one of the new tires that this shop coveniently forgot to balance. When I went back I told the manager that the rear right was shaking, and that judging by the lack of balace weights it needed to be balanced. I can’t thank the team at Ace Auto & Tire enough. I don’t think I’ve ever been as impressed with a mechanic as I was with them. I work just around the corner from the shop, and from the very beginning they went above and beyond. Instead of telling me I needed to arrange a tow, Rob (I hope I have his name right!) actually walked over to my work, jumped my car, and brought it to the shop to diagnose the problem. A friend of mine highly recommended this company and couldn't thank him enough for his recommendation. This a great place to get your vehicle fixed. These guys are honest and will not try to sell you something you don't need. They were good to me when I had car trouble. Thank you to Dave and the good folks at Ace Tire and Auto.
Got to the store at 4:24p sent away stating closed when hours sat open till 5p !!!!
