I’m was a long time customer of this business. Today I came in at 4:39 pm just needing a plug. Was told by the attendant that I already put my equipment away. I said so you’re closed. Mind you website clearly states hours of operation are until 5:00 pm. I am not one who writes reviews but this place seems to be under new ownership. As the customer service has dropped below zero. It’s a shame because after ten plus years as a customer I am sorry to leave.
Came for a quick air refill but ended up getting a full tire inspection. The guy spotted uneven wear on the front tires and advised switching them to extend life. No pressure sales, just practical advice. Small thing, but it shows they actually observe the condition properly.
Very helpful did tire check and fill up for nothing. Bought new tires and received great service. Will be a repeat customer.
Came in for 4 tires and a patch! Immediately had my quote, ordered tires for next day service and upon payment, receipt documentation. I was told of best times to come in and expected time of arrival for tires ordered! Great job! Great service! Fast service! Great communication, especially with knowing exactly what to expect upon order, payment and service! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!
