Great experience! Took the time to make sure he found me great looking tires, and let me sit inside. Really great man Aziz (sry if I spelt it wrong) was. Will come here loyally.
I was very disappointed in my experience at ace. I got new (used) tires and the next morning 2 tires were losing air quickly. I went back and when they fixed the tires, they never rebalanced them. My car began to shake and ace told me to wait until the next day. I ended up going somewhere reliable to have them do a once over. My car was extremely unbalanced. I would not recommend this.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in to buy two front tires and specifically asked the shop to move my two good used front tires to the rear and throw away my old worn rear tire. After the work was finished, I discovered that one of my good used tires was gone, and instead my old worn tire—the one I had asked them to discard—was installed on my car. Great experience with the purchase of two (almost new) Michelin Primacy tires at a very reasonable price. George is very knowledgeable and polite, as are the two mechanics that installed the tires quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.
