I wrote a rather scathing review on Ace Tire recently and I want to now write a follow-up to that. Today, I took my car back to them after calling several times on the tire that blew out on me after about 2 months. Ace gave me a brand new tire at no extra charge and I am truly grateful for that. If I could give them less than one star rating, I would. I purchased 4 tires from them late in the fall. In less than a month, my front driver's side tire was losing air. I took it back to them and they checked it, put air in it and said it was a good tire and that it would last me through the winter. I was concerned about that because I specifically got tires in the first place before winter...being a female I did not want to have any type of car trouble during the cold months. The best use quality tire place I've ever been to. Sean and Joe really hooked my import from Japan. The customer service was great and the quality of tires are beyond awesome. If you want good quality tires come to Ace tires!!!
