I have never felt the need to warn ppl about doing business with a company on FB until now. Ace Tech in Bethalto has got to be the most unprofessional/unethical places I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The District had been a customer for 7 years and we finally decided we had to cut ties for a laundry list of reasons: lack of response, bad attitudes and finding out we had been paying a monthly fee for back up services, and nothing had been backed up in 3 years, that was $3600 for nothing.
