“You installed the catalytic converter incorrectly and filled my car with smoke for a long time. You yourself admitted it was amateur work. This is a clear sign of total incompetence and irresponsibility. Your behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. You lack even the most basic and poor assembly is the mechanic's problem You are completely incompetent knowledge and integrity to do this job.”
