I recently had another great experience with ACE Tech Auto Repair. I brought my car in with a flat tire, left it with ACE and walked home. They called back quickly and told me that it was just a nail and that they had removed it. They could have told me anything and charged me a lot more to replace the tire or whatever. But they didn't.
