expensive the prices here are way to expensive. while they did have a decent selection of items, they should try and have some lesser expensive ones as well. also they need more floorroom employees.

I purchased an above ground pool summer 2019 from Ace. After the pool was filled, the installer pointed out that he thought there was a leak in the liner. In addition, there are significant grooves on the bottom of the pool (causing dirt/chemicals to collect) and a huge divot in the area next to the pool that wasn't filled properly and fills with water with every rain. I am very unhappy. Nothing but problems. The only easy part was the sales process. Once we paid for our pool it was all downhill from there. They gave us wrong information regarding zoning laws and the placement of our pool in our yard. Their 3rd party installer destroyed our lawn. They didnt install our ladder which was very difficult for us to do on our own due to its design. It took two months for our pool to be installed! Its been in for less than 10 days and its leaking in three spots. Nobody at the store seems to care.
