I bought a pool from them in February. At the time it was difficult to gauge the height of my pool (I got it used) with all the snow and ice. I was told by my salesman that it was most likely a 48" because it was so old (at least 13 years old). I did measure the side to the ground and came up with 48". LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!!! We purchased a hot tub in mid june. Salesman pressured us to purchase quickly so we could have by July. We waited one day, went back in and were told we just missed July delivery so hot tub will be in in August. Gave them 1000.00 and started planning to enjoy our hot tub. Poor customer service They don't seem concerned for their customers concerns Never got a call back, called twice with no return call If they do read this, maybe they will figure this situation out and contact me If not, then they are just another business that takes your money and not concerned for the satisfaction of their customers
