I started going to this gym in 2017. The training was exactly what I needed to lose 40lbs. The gym has one trainer, who is the founder/owner, and he is intentional, thoughtful and efficient - he meets you where you're at. This is not like CrossFit and there are no mirrors. However, there is always great music, great company and solid strength training. This aging bald guy is a legend in his own mind. For the princely sum of $260 per month my wife and I were granted limited access to his spacious gymnasium which contains an array of delightfully painted kettle bells, several TRX machines, a RIP trainer and precious little else. No private training sessions permitted with mr Ace himself

An awesome pocket gym with interval strength training and great set lists to train by. Jody gives you a personal workout in a group setting. It’s so fun and yet it challenges me physically each session. I love Ace Strength Co.!
