I visited ACE Smog of Chino and spoke with an employee named Alex. I found his behavior unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I asked to speak with a manager or the owner to address my concerns, Alex said there was no manager and that he handled the entire store. He explained that he does not answer to anyone and that I could not speak with anyone else.
