never have I had them successfully come out and pump my holding tank when they say they will. it's a constant fight. I am definitely looking for a different company! The receptionists are also rude. I will never recommend this company! I have been renting a portable holding tank from them and it's nearly impossible to get them out to pump it when I need because they never give the right time and day their drivers will be out. Great service! It's not ideal to have to have a potty at work but having a clean one makes it so much better!
