This is the fourth year that we have had ACE Sealcoating seal our driveway. The crew always does an excellent job. Coordination with Amy is always done well from initial scheduling to updates for delays due to rain. Highly recommended.
Quality gone down hill last couple years.The first time I called was 2021 for sealcoating. They came right away and did a good job. The owner called in 2023 to see if I wanted it sealed again. We set a date and time for service. They never called or showed. When I called the owners wife gave the same excuses other reviewers stated. Chance of rain, not enough people, and implying it was my fault because they could not find any info on me. PLEASE SEE EDIT(S): DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Delays, empty promises and will not stand behind their work. My drive is falling apart less than 3 months after paving and the will not even call me back to fix! At best this is horrible customer service and at worst is a scam. Steve their salesperson said he was a man of their word and are best in biz. Said to look at their Facebook page for reviews. I left bad reviews on social and now they turned off comments. Ace was great! They got me onto the schedule within a week of me calling. The guys that performed the sealing were extremely polite. They did a great job on my driveway. I would recommend them!
We used them for our larger driveway a couple years ago and they did a decent job (hence reason for 2 stars) so I tried to engage for repeat business, but it was very disorganized and getting on a “schedule” was quite a challenge. My sense is he’s taking on more than he can handle and is not prioritizing clients to meet expectations. Admittedly there were some hiccups requiring rescheduling 2x (rain & flat tire) and 1 addition time he was not able to get to us when he said he would.
