Recently had 2 area rugs cleaned (10 x10 and 12x10). Ace pick up the rugs when they said they would, washed them and returned them. The rugs which were ladden with cat hair & smell.... returned clean and fresh smelling. The whole process took 10 days from pick up to return. Would highly recommend based on service, results and price.
