Very pleased with the service from Ace! They were able to get to me within a day, then diagnosed and repaired my tractor quickly. Jack and Brad were kind, warm, and service-oriented. I hope I don’t need them again, but Ace will be my first call if I do!
Our RV,Nocona,let us down on the side of I-40,but thanks to Ace Roadside Service,Jack and Brad,was there to save us.This is a diesel mechanic shop,but my R V is gas. We were 3 women stranded on the side of the interstate and a long way from home but these 2 young men rescued us.It took several days to get the right alternator to the shop so they could get us back on the road.They worked relentlessly for 2 days getting us back on the road,checked to make sure we were safe at a motel and even checked to see we made it home ok.... read more
Wonderful service from some of the kindest young men ever, Jack and Brad. We 3 cousins broke down on the side of I-40, and although these folks work on diesels only as a rule, they kindly worked tirelessly through many setbacks on the RV we were traveling in. Fast, professional and have great problem solving skills all with a huge helping of southern hospitality and smiles. I couldn't believe someone could make this mess pleasant. Responded to a precarious situation on I26 when my load of zinc decided to relocate itself a few feet ahead of the trailer bulkhead of my 53' trailer. The trailer brakes were locked up due to glad hand damage on the bulkhead. They got me rolling and located to the only safe place available to transfer my load to another trailer.
