My diesel generator got used for 12 days straight during Hurricane Helene. Ilt developed a problem charging its own battery. I brought it to ACE for repair and upgrades. These people are honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
These guys have been amazing mechanics! I had a school bus engine that had been a struggle for multiple other mechanics for a year, and Eric and Brad at Ace got it fixed up and running right away! They were also helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trusted Eric and his staff with replacing a transmission in my diesel food truck and was lied to, ignored, refuse to talk or return phone calls. Wound up having to have it towed to another garage after waiting 7 weeks on what was suppose to be a 3 day job to get it fixed. Eric the owner will still not return my calls. Unfortunately for him ignoring this issue isn’t going to make it go away. Be careful who you trust!
These guys are great! Definitely recommend. I have used them on several occasions and have been pleased.
