These guys have been amazing mechanics! I had a school bus engine that had been a struggle for multiple other mechanics for a year, and Eric and Brad at Ace got it fixed up and running right away! They were also helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trusted Eric and his staff with replacing a transmission in my diesel food truck and was lied to, ignored, refuse to talk or return phone calls. Wound up having to have it towed to another garage after waiting 7 weeks on what was suppose to be a 3 day job to get it fixed. Eric the owner will still not return my calls. Unfortunately for him ignoring this issue isn’t going to make it go away. Be careful who you trust!
These guys are great! Definitely recommend. I have used them on several occasions and have been pleased.
Dropped a truck off to replace a transmission. Usually a 2 to 3 day job. Took over 5 weeks! They are nothing more that parts swappers...... I'm 5 hours away from the shop and drove up there 4 time cause they said the truck was ready. Everytime I get there it still was wrong. They are incompetent and lack knowledge. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to go to that shop..
I’ve never written a negative review, but this experience was so bad that today I will write my first. I recently bought an older F250 that was having starting issues and took it to the closest diesel mechanic. After a week, they said they were about to replace the camshaft sensor. Didn’t work so they suggested replacing the wiring harness, a ~$1500 job which is rarely needed unless there’s a catastrophic event.
