Searched many rentals for a car, found a nice to rent here, when arriving they said I have a choice of two other cars. Told them I chose one and wanted that. They said it’s not available and had to pick another.

I booked a “Mercedes C-Class or similar” through Firefly / Ace Rental Car and wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect. The shuttle from the international terminal was going to be about a 30-minute wait, so I ended up taking an Uber to the rental location instead. When I arrived, the car offered for my reservation was a Toyota Camry. The Camry is a perfectly good car, but it’s clearly not comparable to a Mercedes C-Class, which is what the booking advertised. Beware extortionate fees. All rental car companies have fees of some sort or other but we were stung with an undisclosed $35 administration fee for using toll roads. Our toll usage was about $20, unclear what exactly was being administered at this rate since the car just has a tag within it. We have rented plenty of cars and used tolls and been charged the tolls, this fee is ridiculous. The car was in good condition and and clean though we were not shown how to access to the screen so no maps.

Utter disappointment! DO NOT GET ANY RENTALS FROM THIS COMPANY! Their shuttles to the airport takes more than 1 hour to come. When its here they are very rude, don't give a shit about your time, and are not helpful at all, not even helping with the bags! They wait for you to put yours in the car. I'm writing this review on the shuttle in my way to the car hire!! This is how much unhappy I am with their service!!
