love love loveddddd! Cheap, easy, fast, customer service is amaaaaaazzzzinnnggggggg!!!!!!! Me and my partner did a last minute booking, received the rental the next day! Out of all the rental companies we had researched and been through, ace car rentals definitely the cheapest and fastest! We paid a little bit extra for insurance as well, although the price difference wasn’t much which was fabbb. Definitely will be coming back and using again!!!
Booked a luxury tier Mercedes through kayak and when arriving at the counter I was told we've upgraded you to a Subaru outback with no inbuilt navigation and no iPhone compatibility!! The sole purpose of my trip was to drive around Sydney viewing cars to buy , I found myself driving around in a tractor with my phone in one hand trying to navigate in a car that stunk of cigarettes and was rubbish. THEY SILL NOT RETURN YOUR LOST PROPERTY! We dropped off the car on the 21/06 2026 and left our sunglasses in the back seat. For the next a week and half I been trying to contact them to see if there are any updates. But unfortunately even the Ace renal call center people can’t get in touch with you guys. This unheard of, until I get a response from you guys, I’m leaving it one star and will remind everyone you guys NEVER RETURN LOST PROPERTY TO THE CUSTOMER!
