I've rented from Ace Rental many times in the past. Their staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They always greet you with a smile and are great at helping to find the proper tools and machinery that works for our intended use. Their equipment is reliable and properly tested before each rental.
I had an excellent experience with Ace Rentals in Parry Sound! The equipment was in great shape, the rental process was smooth, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Gord, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend!
