I made a reservation through Priceline and prepaid for it. Got to the airport, I called ACE to pick us up. They said they don’t have vehicles available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE DID. It’s been 10 days and still haven’t received my refund from Priceline.
I arrived at the airport to find that Ace was not located on site. After multiple phone calls someone finally headed to the airport to pick us up. When they arrived they told me that the small SUV I had rented was not available and I could only have a sedan. The car they gave me wasn’t cleaned, had only half a tank of gas, and would not recognize when it was shifted into park. I would give this place zero stars if i could. I booked through priceline. They led me to believe they had cars available. I sae their reviews were terrible after booking so called to make sure they had cars after making the reservation. When I called I spoke w Tehani who assured me they had cars. But when I got to the airport I called Ace, Tehanu called me back and said they had no cars for the WHOLE month! So i couldnt get a car AT ALL! What a scam! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. If I can give zero stars i would. Booked through Priceline. Arrived in Honolulu discovered it’s off property. No shuttle. Called the 800 number. Took 15 minutes to get a hold of someone. Was eventually told they have no rentals. So they stole my money.
I would give negative stars if I could. Do not rent here. The staff and manager (Moku?) were extremely rude and left me stranded without a car even though I had a confirmed reservation. Terrible
