My husband and I flew over from Maui for the weekend to visit family. Keith helped us and was very friendly and helpful. We got a Toyota Camry which was fine because we weren’t planning on having any other passengers. The car was clean and comfortable. We were happy with the car and the customer service, so we would rent from here again.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Terrible pick up service from the airport. We had to wait almost an hour just to get to the ACE office alone! They may be cheap, but the bad service alone reminds you that you get what you pay for. Never going here again!
Esperienza davvero pessima e deludente. Ho prenotato un’auto tramite Booking.com la mattina stessa (alle 8:03) per il ritiro alle 9:30, ma al mio arrivo il fornitore ha rifiutato di consegnarmi il veicolo dicendo che serviva la patente internazionale — informazione che non era indicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione. La cosa più assurda è che, subito dopo, hanno chiamato un loro amico che mi ha comunque noleggiato un’auto senza patente internazionale, quindi era evidente che non c’era alcun reale impedimento. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOWEVER CAR WASN'T REALLY CLEAN AND GAS TANK WAS ALMOST EMPTY WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS FULL AT TIME OF PICKUP.
