Esteban was very cool and helpful, got us in and out very quickly
Tried to rent a car for the listed rate on their website. Received my confirmation code showing that the rate was confirmed, but during the checkout process I was upcharged for additional "liability waivers" that could not be avoided without a written form my insurance company. This should have been outlined beforehand as no other rental car company I have used requires this or tries to add in charges like this at the last moment. Incredibly frustrating experience and disrespectful to my time.

So even though I wasn’t able to rent a car from them for reasons out of both their and my control, I still received great service. George was the person who helped me and was so polite & friendly. You can tell he’s the type of employee that goes above and beyond for the customer. I tried a couple other rental agencies that day and no one was nearly half as a nice as George was.
