Terrible experience. I rented a vehicle for $372 and had to pay $1000 because I went out of state but no one explained this to me when I rented the vehicle. I’m a single mother of 3 children, had saved up the entire year for this vacation and now thanks to Ace rental my account is over drafted by $1070 . Never again will I rent from ACE
Worst experience ever!!! Be careful renting a car here they will find and excuse to up charge you a fee or charge you for a smoking fee when you don’t even smoke!!! Check your car THOROUGHLY before leaving the place so they don’t come with an excuse later on to up charge you BE CAREFUL!!!! I was really not trying to argue or start a fight for no fee but WOow!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!
